*Build towers of blocks using one hand and then the other

*Pegboards

*Geoboards

*Tong or Tweezer Transfer
     Place objects in a container, provide and empty container and   salad tongs or tweezers (depending on abilities of children).  Children will use the tongs/tweezers to transfer the objects from one container to another.

*Stringing Activities (Can also incorporate pattern work into these activities)
        Beads
        Thread spools
        Pasta

*Lacing Cards
      Save birthday cards, Christmas cards, etc.  Use just the front cover of the card and punch
      holes around the edges.  Provide shoe laces for the children to lace around.  Can also cut
      out shapes from construction paper for children to lace around.

*Puzzles
     Commercial
     Make a letter out of cardboard; cut into pieces and children can re-assemble
     Placemat Puzzles: Purchase a placemat, cut into pieces and store in ziploc bags

*Torn Paper
    Allow children to tear various types of paper and glue to another piece of paper to create a
    design or collage

*Cutting Practice
     Cut paper with scissors, straight edge and designer edges
     Trace spirals on a paper and have children cut
     Trace lines on a paper and have children try to cut on the lines
     Shapes
     Zig Zag lines
     Curving lines
     Snip

*Pouring activities

*Playdough or Modeling Clay

*Clipping clothespins
         Clothesline in dramatic play to hang clothes on
         Use clothespins in a variety of games

*Tracing Activities
