| Macomb County AEYC Updates Registering now for Macomb Early Childhood Conference! See flyer for details Accepting nominations for officers for the 2010-2011 Membership Year Contact Brenda Alward to submit a nomination alwarb@macomb.edu Learning Fair For the Macomb Early Childhood Conference This year talented people are invited to display materials or units they have created for preschool, infant, or toddler classroom use. 12 tables are available for a maximum of 12 participants. A committee from the local affiliate of Macomb AEYC will consider the proposals based on creativity, developmentally appropriate practice and uniqueness. The committee consists of Brenda Alward, Alana Brayboy, Linda Corby, and Elaine White. Proposals may be given to Brenda Alward and must be received before November 20, 2009. Learning Fair participation is open to Macomb Community College Students and members of Macomb AEYC. Learning Fair participants will receive registration to the conference and a certificate indicating their participation. Learning Fair displays must be in place by 8:00 am and be staffed until 12:30 pm. The Early Childhood Conference is Saturday, January 30, 2010 at K building, South Campus, located at 12 Mile and Hayes Roads. If you have registered for the conference and your proposal is accepted, your registration fee will be refunded.
